Heat never bothered me in the past, but as I get...ahem...more mature I just can't take it anymore. Had a mild case of heat stroke loading up the moving van on monday, took several hours to get back to normal. Well, as normal as I usually am. Thought I'd throw that in before someone else did!

laughing! As normal as any of us are. I had bad heat stroke as a kid, been sensitive to the heat ever since.

43 years! Congratulations!

Ugh. So hot here it's just not fun. High of 90 with 105 heat index. Although my lilies are blooming like it's June all over again. We were supposed to get rain (I'm SO OVER watering!) and we did - about 11 big, fat drops!

Congratulations John!
.
No rain here for a few weeks. Keeping the red raspberries watered. I started my patch in 2013. It looks like I'm going to get my first major crop soon. Red raspberry pie is my favorite. I'll post pics of the patch somewhere here, in a few days.
