What is your weather like ... today

I love eggplant parm .I am going to make it tomorrow again .I got 6 more eggplant ready and a bunch more getting big enough in about 2 weeks .I even freeze eggplant parm .but the cheeses don't do as well frozen .Well finally rain ,sister stopped over to get tomato's and peppers and eggplant

I like it too but, prefer chicken. I think my next batch of sauce will be marinara so I can use it for parm's and fried cheese.

I made vegetable spaghetti sauce .Yellow squash ,zuccini ,peppers and onions .yummy good

We had homemade spaghetti sauce last night. My wife is on a new diet (insert eye roll gremlin here) so, she had spaghetti squash, instead of pasta.

Flash flood warning just issued. It's almost 3 and looks like it's after 8. Dark skies and thunder. My poor dog is home shivering and slobbering all over the house right now...

LOL She obviously isn't on here or she'd killlllll youuuuu.
I've heard it's a great substitute for pasta, how was it?

Nope. Probably never will. I might try her roasted tomato soup. She thinks it's da bomb.

I used to eat it all of the time, tastes just like spaghetti.

Beautiful here, 70 and we actually got some rain YEAH!

I love love spaghetti squash ,I grew some this year but guessing I did not put enough fish poo water on them and only got 3 of them .We just had 2 heavy rains and last night had one but they only lasted maybe 5 or 10 minutes today and gone .Last nights was a longer storm

I live in the south which apparently is code for "let's dig a hole and build below sea level.
I think the highest elevation is like 7 feet where I live so where I work, live, shop, play... All flood zones.. LOL
My house doesn't flood but the streets become tough to navigate sometimes.

that fish poo is gold I say gold maybe even platinum I am actualy on a higher point here but the city of Danville floods because of the Dan River
