Having a barbecue at the beach! :D
John

We have some relatives that said they were windsurfing on Eagle Lake (in Ontario) this past week.
Usually at Christmas they are ice skating on it.

On the way home from dinner last night, the truck temperature was reading -24c/-11f.
I feel like we're missing out on this global warming party....:meh:

OOPS! Spoke too soon! Temperature dropped overnight, to just below freezing. Everything was white with frost, but now it's up to 1 C again. Still no ice on the pond, though.

As Rex Murphy said in an article in the National Post recently...The Paris summit just declared that the decisions that were made have saved the planet....
Why aren't we celebrating more?

Climate change has been going on now for, let's say, a billion years, give or take a few millenia. Doesn't it seen just a trifle arrogant that mankind, the new kid on the block, thinks HE can put an end to it?!

Yep.
I like how we're supposedly breaking records that are 100 years old. Gas guzzling SUV's weren't all that popular 100 years ago.....

I think the "target" of reducing the earth's temperature increase by 2c is misguided, but I like the idea of reducing pollution, so carry on, greenies.:)
