Gosh out fighting the winds to pick things up and it is hard to breathe out there with these winds

Did my taxes a couple days ago using Turbo Tax.

I heard about all the winds starting up back there @sissy

Seems like the winds are easing up now only gusting up to 40MPH and they said by tonight 20 to 25 MPH

I just gather all the stuff, add it to our work book, ship it off to Arizona to my CPA they have been doing mine for years. It gets shipped back around a 1/2 inch thick book.
Wish it was only 35 bucks to get it done.

Hubby does our taxes now, we used to go to H&R Block but it was costing us several hundreds of dollars and every year it kept going up
I hope I get a good refund this year, I need so much money to build my next pond

2 days ago learned how to get a sump pump installed just good enough in a flooded basement for a friend who is out of town. Went out and learned how to install it properly. both trips by myself. and no one to call for tech support. Fun times.

I have almost 200 pots of Dahlias and Canna Lily scattered allover the house, at least I'm enjoying indoor gardening while I'm waiting for the weather to improve
I got a bunch of new variety this year, can't wait to see them grow and bloom
...I'm so excited I'm like a kid in candy land

I took on the task of cleaning and changing the water in the pond I have in my front yard. It's a preformed pond that I've been neglecting and had a bunch of sand/dirt/muck on the bottom from fire ants building mounds of dirt and Clay along the edge. I also plucked out 3 dragonfly nymphs. I'm hoping that I can get the water stable enough to add some livestock and plants this spring. The weather is so up and down lately with temps dropping into the 30s at night and low 80's during the day.
So that's what I'm up to today.

Cleaning up the rental. Sweeping rat poo, mopping to get rid of odors, rat pee and poo, sure stinks.
1/2 the dumpster filled, what a waste of a beautiful day, but must be done. We need to get rid of anything the rats can eat, use, live in. Found more food, tossed it.

The rats ate a tube of neo-sporin, ate eye drops, ate the labels off of cans. Had one run across my foot when I moved a box................yuck!

EEEE GADS.................how horrid!!!! @addy1 I feel for you being down there having to do all that work when you have more waiting for you at home too. At least you are almost done w/the one up in B. And then you have to go back down there south in the Fall and fix that rental all up to sell. Yikes!

sigh..................another tenant called, she said the people in the condo's were using to much hot water..................she was running out of hot water.

She is blonde btw.................we gently explained she has her own water heater.
