Creeping Jenny is a good name for it......she started out as a little sprig ...in a little 2” plastic pot.....34 days ago .......she does like pond water

I have the green and the yellow plants. Both grow great.

I don't know why, but it never worked well for me. I tried using it a few different ways and it never seemed happy.

I have some full sun, partial shade, floating in a pond, in the stream, in the bog, in dirt. Here it just grows.
I had some in the pond for the first time last year, but it was totally taken over by the water Hyacinth so I forgot I even had it in there
. I will try it again this year!
The creeping J. I use in my planters keeps a nice green in partial shade and gets yellowish and stringy in full sun. I like it much better nice and green, that's why I said it does better in part shade
