Another question about fitting the hose on. Is there away to put a smaller nipple on here.

yes you can but why would you want to you will drop your water flow

I just saw your next post try using a hair dryer with its heat get the hose hot rotate around the house then try to push the fitting in it will take some persuading.

Are you thinking of going from say, 3/4 down to 1/2 inch? Consider that a reduction in the flow will be quite noticeable. I vote with GBUDD, use hot water to soften the hose and then slide it on. That's what I do and it works. BTW, it even works when replacing yard sprinkler heads.

Thanks so much but my dad had one that it fits perfect. But we gotta start over , the rubber maid tub was too flimsy and almost exploded when it got full. I need to see pictures of what you use to attach the pipes through the tub. The in flow and out flow

Bulked fittings In....
out you'll need probably 3 to 4 times as many of the same size if yourn not doing a pressurized system
