Water temp is 68 degrees, should I raise it up a few?

I they are 1/2" or more after only 4 weeks, they are growing at a normal rate. That is at least 3-4 times the hatched size.
Just keep the water quality and feed them 3-4 times a day, no more than what they can eat in 5 minutes. You can observe when their bellies full by now.

At a 1/2" they are moving along well for this time of year.
Are they in the sun light ?

I have just moved them close to a window but no direct sun light. I have kept a lamp on overhead for about 16 hours a day with a regular bulb.
