Pond rocks

just a update,,, took a 90 min drive and picked up 1/2 cubic yard of TN 10 inch river rock only cost $90,, so i was quite happy :)

Now to wash them off ,,uugh!!

Ouch had to cost 50 in gas ontop of that. Nice thing is 10 inch are man handlers yet still nice for a wall base

Still cheaper than getting them round here... ( .35c a lb).. think i'm gonna stop by the local place this morning,,, i cant believe the price difference is so much.
The TN rock i got they used a bobcat to scoop it up and dump it..

Just a update,, seems the rocks i was looking at are referred to "natural stones" which the price is .35c per lb.
The other river rock they have which is pretty small, is 85.00 a 1/2 yard.

Running out of larger rocks , now i need to go and get more lol..
Any recommendations on what type of plants i could look at ?,,, pond doesn't get much sun maybe a few hours a day so we dont really need shade.
Thinking about maybe creeping jennys or somthing like that for between the rocks,

looking very nice!

There are tons of plants you could do, but I am not the master of plants so I couldn't suggest many.
