Today's the first day I've actually seen Mrs. Duck on her nest. She usually lays an egg and leaves before I go outside. I counted the eggs while she was gone and it's up to 8.

Moved some plants around today while Mrs. Duck sat on her nest. Just as I finished, she started covering her nest up, which I knew meant she was getting ready to leave. After a bath in the pond for about 5 minutes, she wandered off. Last count was yesterday, 10 eggs.
