cold and getting colder here, possible snow coming

Woke up to 5 F this morning and 5 inches of snow.
It was too soon for spring anyways.

U gg! Snowing and cold ! only 16 F (-9C) Not Happy!! At least the cold won't last too long cause next week we should be back to above normal temperatures.

We have had cold nights but days have been in the mid to high 40's and then starting tomorrow back up to 50+ .Last night was our coldest night at 16 degrees

41 today, rain coming in this afternoon. Looks like their forecast for 2-6" of snow is a bust again. Even my brother, who is here from Champaign (about 80 miles north of me) is only supposed to now get 2-4" of snow. Yesterday they were saying 7-8". Bad thing is he will also have 20-30 mph winds along with that blowing snow to deal with when he gets off the train. Supposed to be 40 here tomorrow, and rain continuing, not changing over to snow until late evening, and then less than an inch expected. Woohoo, but I sure would like a nice snow yet before winter is over with. Only 26 for a high on Monday, but mostly over freezing the rest of the week here.

33°F right now. I'm mentally preparing for the snow storm. Snow arrives late tonight and stays all day tomorrow. We could see 9"+ depending on how long the lake effect snow lasts. Winds expected to be around 30mph, so there's no doubt we may see drifts of snow up to 3'.

Still Summer here during the afternoon hours and then back to Winter at night. It's working for me

Snowing like crazy all morning, walks need to be shoveled and I have to work all day. Daddy has to watch puppies, little Rio was puking today a little. I worry too much. She seems better now and is drinking water and cream

How old is she now ,because some female dogs do that before they start coming into heat .Plus she was out running like crazy with her brothers and may have gotten over heated and then cooled off and caught a little cold .Little ones are prone to this .

She was born September 1. She seems fine now and is back to eating and drinking.

Maybe she sampled too much "trail mix" ! I have caught her eating chocolate round bunny eggs at park. .

35 here and getting ready for the 10+ inches of snow on the way. The fish are getting restless in the pond--the air pressure must be changing. The biggest koi likes hiding in one particular spot in the pond; he just swam out, the other two tried to swim into that spot, and the big one is zipping around the pond now like he's mad the other two stole his spot.

Now they're saying we may see 12" here if the lake effect snow lasts long enough, and parts of Illinois could see 18" according to some sources. Looks like it's going to stay strong and hit all of the states from here to the New England area.
