well company is happy offer was excepted .They wanted 22 thousand for 2.01 acres with a great view and little house 980 square feet with 2 wells and one septic tank .I told them to offer 15 thousand and all settled on 17 thousand .So the little house is almost at the back and they are seeing there basement contractor monday and they already have there modular house picked out .103 thousand for custom home with composite covered front porch and composite deck on the back .Delivered and set on basement .2358 sq. ft house .They even will get ceiling fans on the front porch .They added a lot of stuff and house was originally 82 thousand .3 propane fire places .They wanted a full porch and full back deck that ran the length of the house .So far basement will be around 20 thousand .They will live in the little house until there house gets there which may be a month or 2 and that depends on weather .They close wed. of next week since it is cash

Now they're saying we may see 12" here if the lake effect snow lasts long enough, and parts of Illinois could see 18" according to some sources. Looks like it's going to stay strong and hit all of the states from here to the New England area.

Yup. Last update I saw was 10-14" for Chicago metro area, possibly higher depending on where the lake-effect snow falls once that wind starts whipping off Lake Michigan. I'm starting to wonder about a snow day on Monday. They extended the storm warning through 6am Monday.

Been very lightly raining here since noon. We also are suppose to get 7 to 10 inches of snow also. Blowing snow tomorrow also. I was enjoying seeing grass even if it is brown.
We will be getting back to cold too! Guess January is going out with a bang. Hurry up spring!

That cold is coming our way too along with the wind tomorrow. Will be cold this week. We dont seem to see the sun much these days.
The majority of our days have been very cloudy. Its depressing! I need some sun!!!

55 degrees for today with rain later in the day .I have to hopefully finish the gutters on the guest house .It has been to windy to finish
