Our weather has been bi-polar since Thursday. We've had torrential rain and thunder, 2 hours later it's sunny and hot... 2 hours after that... torrential rain again. My poor dog doesn't know whether to hide in the bathroom or go lay outside in the grass. The good news is it stayed wonderful for my daughters graduation party and clean up the next day... 2 hours later it was raining again but at least we got through the party.

Go figure... we've had weeks of warm, sunny weather. So today I jump on my motorcycle to ride to work, rather than driving the car. It poured down rain on me!! And by the looks of things... it's going to rain on me more on the way home. Oh well. I just smile and take it! At least I'm on 2 wheels (with my bright pink helmet pigtails blowing in the wind)!!

I used to love to ride in the rain. Providing I didn't have to get on the highway, at high speeds that rain hurts hitting my face. And yeah, 2 wheels beats 4 every time!

Pleasant day here today 68f/20c, but all the rain that was in the forecast for this week has disappeared from the forecast.
No mosquitoes to be found either.
What are the dragon flies going to eat?

Ah, that brings back memories! Unfortunately, ever since our son bagged a deer with his Yamaha, my dear wife has a conniption every time I so much as look at my CX 500. :(The kid survived, BTW, which is more than I can say for the 160 pound buck, but suffered several hairline fractures as well as a case of PTSD. Guess all that weight training paid off!

Hey Sissy that fish is getting pretty darn big in that one picture. Wow is that frog ever loud! You must have different frogs down there, and is that little frog ever small! Our frogs are mostly Leopard frogs and they have big fat tadpoles that change into fat little frogs, but I do not remember them that small. You must have different frogs down there, cause they even sound different. :turtle:

The tiny tiny ones are either toad babies or the tree peepers. I have a lot of them hopping around right now.

We went from the hottest month on record to a drop of 20 degrees, currently it is 56 degrees, high will be 70, so now June is April temps, May was July temps, what the heck.

But we are getting much need rain, 2.69 inches since 6/1 YEAH

Here, where we are, it is raining raining raining, Watching the heron fish the lake, egrets fly around, bald eagles, enjoying our wet camping trip.
