Yesterday was hot and humid. I was sweating just by sitting in the shade...

Today, I don't even think we hit 50°F. It's 47°F right now.
It's rainy and windy, too.

Working on veggie garden but had to stop dark clouds rolling in ,I get all the power tools inside and what happens clouds break up and sun comes out .No rain and watched dark clouds get darker for over 3 hours and finally figured I should stop .Calls for a chance of showers all week and I want to wait to put topsoil in there until I see how it will drain .I don't want my good soil to go down the ditch by the road

Looking Real Nice Sissy! Are you going to decorate that big yard nice with all your sweet homemade barn animals?

Mitch some people in town claim they had frost the other day. I Never noticed myself cause that day was chilly and little Rio and I were sleeping late in morning, all snuggled together staying warm. I got a real snuggly fat little puppy.
Now it is blazing hot and I see on fore cast that two days of rain on they way for Tuesday and Wednesday

Same here very hot.Gets dark and cloudy but no rain comes with it .I carried water out to some of my plants in gallon milk jugs .We do get some heavy dew at night .Lost at least 4 inch's of water in pond from evaporation in last couple of days .I know there is no leak since there are no hoses or filters outside the liner area .I put fresh water out for the deer again and some fresh straw bales out in the woods for them to rest on .They really must like the fresh water because they are empty every morning and half empty already today

Super hot today at 84 degrees Fahrenheit {29 Celsius}. Puppies were no where to be seen outside under that blazing hot sun today, they all went inside to den with heads under couches and beds. Later in evening I went outside and worked hard on front yard planting and general grooming. Need to cut the grass tomorrow before the forecasted big rain comes Tuesday and Wednesday. We shall see.

Can just guess what Jun, July & August will be like. We found a nest of yellow jackets yesterday while working around the ponds. It's too early for this. Fish don't seem to mind. The Gin-rins are spawning again!

It's going to be a hot scorching summer here from what the weather man says. We never hardly any rain this spring, one of the driest on record. Then if things were not bad enough, now we got caterpillar infestation and now half the Choke Cherry trees down town are dead.

My trees in my yard are suffering too. Most of the trees here are missing 75% of their leaves and some trees have no leaves !
