Whatcha doing today?

WOW Addy the deer are not going to be happy .That was the main reason I planted crab apple trees .I planted 6 of them to feed the deer .My moochers got to get animal control here again.I know they are half starved and thirsty ,I can't let my neighbors keep doing this to animals .Brea my other neighbors dog got loose last night and her brother and mother were trying to catch her .She came up here and with leftover steak she came to me and was caught safely .Why animals think I am the one they come to to be saved ,no sure

I’ve got the first batch of baby fish gone, roughly 30-40. Only to discover 5 new kittens! The mom that lost her babies this spring had another litter, 2 Black cuties, 2 striped, 1 orange! About 2-3 weeks old, she brought them up to socialize, still not sure what these big weird pink creatures that walk on two legs are.

But here’s my pond today. Several more inches of water, the lillies jumped up to keep afloat, my fish are happy.

The momma cat will come to me but the kittens are hissing and growling at me and won't come near and I am afraid they will become feral and these cats need fixed .My neighbors get animals and then don't feed them or take care of them .Weather channel says 71 degrees ,supposed to get up to 84 degrees and humidity is 100 % and an 80 % chance of another thunderstorm .WOW they are talking now about all the rain up by addy

Kittens over 8 weeks old won’t socialize properly, it can be done, but it takes a LOT of work. Bribes of meat and cheese help.

So I’m away from home, in Springfield Mo, going to swing by Bass pro tomorrow and see the big fish! The hotel has two little commet fish in the tiny pond they have.

WOW they are talking now about all the rain up by addy

Yeah it is non stop coming. Coming from the south, under constant flash flood warnings.

we had another thunder and lightening storm and a small amount of rain but it wasn't much rain

Why does the rain keep passing me by .They had storms in Martinsville and storms in Danville and we got nothing but a sprinkle and thunder

The kittens decided they needed cuddles before they went out to play. Fed the critters, checked on the littlest litter, started teaching them humans are good, cause the little calico was away from the others so she’s very suspicious of humans, but after just a moment, I had her happy to be held and looking for more pets. The yellow water lilly is still blooming, this is a rather long lasting bloom! Apparently I’m all about cats, fish, and flowers right now.

got proof they are my neighbors cats now so animal control will need to handle this

I may have too many cats, but I have no neighbors for them to bother, and I feed mine. I do need to get the females fixed so I can reduce the population, and keep it reduced.

that is the problem here 8 kittens born and next year how many will be born .Plus there are 4 cats to start with .I used to buy good windshield wipers and now by cheap ones because the climb all over the vehicles .So far 9 wipers replaced and getting tired of it.My neighbors are all complaining also

My cats haven’t messed up any wipers. I’ve lost a few due to cars, usually idiots flying down the dirt roads, and one I suspect was in the engine compartment, but none mess with wipers. I’d be putting out those air horn things that go off to train cats to stay off of counters, or glue traps to make them fear the cars.
On a positive note, my Cherokee lilly is blooming! I’ll get in to get a close up later, I’m adding water to make up the level drop from evaporation now.

they ripped them climbing up or sliding down the windshield .You can see cat hair in some .I saved thenm in a ziplock bag to show animal control and they agreed it is cat hair
