worms?

I have worms come out when I purge my pressure filter and they actually hang out in my algae pond area. anyone have an idea?

Fish food................... Most likely normal. I find worms in places I don't expect to find them.

Some kind of larvae......? But they say that finding critters in your filter Is a good thing.

I have a few too, but never worried. It's amazing how they get in there!

Oh my skin is crawling! I couldn't deal with that one!!! I'm always nervous when I take my skimmer lid off and frogs start jumping at me. I try to talk them out of scaring me before I lift the lid! I think they like it.
