Nope not so well, Job got shut down abruptly as we found out there was a confirmed case of a worker testing positive. Splendid

Filled it probably a 1/4 of the way and made a mark with a white chalk marker = 3 hours and still at the same level. Fingers crossed. Will check in the AM to see where it’s at

I should have been so cautious i have a small leak that has recently appeared. i'm not overly surprised as this was my first pond build as well. and i definitely didn't stick with the kiss theory of keeping it simple. i have five seams at least that i can remember. 3 bogs 2 ponds 4 elevation changes and i had to build up the entire back half of the project 7 feet. you'll get it mastered and before you know it you'll be looking at a bigger bog or waterfall

I have isolated it to the stream where the two bogs and the waterfall meet i'm just going to redue the entire area. Rent a mini x and knock it out :"hopefuly{"

That sucks, at least you isolated it to an area, though. Good luck hopefully it’s not too much of a pita.

24 hours and water level stayed the same! Started raining so in the am I will start placing some big rocks with the big boots on and fill another foot or 2 and let sit another 24 hours.
?
Are you placing fabric under the boulders?

Thanks, Theres 5 seams in this section . I used old rubber I had and I used uncured rubber to seam. i was in a rush to get it up and running and i definitely went all out my first time around. I learned a lot and the most work is going tho be pulling out all the river rock and then there iI iris the big boulders I cant move with three guys. so I'm pulling plants and river rock now I'll replace the rubber and make bullet proof seams.

Filled another foot of water yesterday and this morning before work the level was still the same. Spent most of yesterday afternoon spreading river stone and pea stone with the waders on. Once this pandemic is over I need to get to the stone yard and get some flat stones for the edges and some overhangs in the water.

Um I hope I am not following your design . Are you using carpet under the rocks inside the pond ? or is it just under the liner ? on the other side of the water.
