I really enjoy viewing all the wonderful images posted on this thread. o_OSee if you can find the trout in each of these pics from late this afternoon. Hint: he's coming at me in the first shot. The last one's my favorite.

Left, middle, left and hello :) beautiful trout how big is he?
Boy would my hubby love to have a pond big enough to have some trout. Is it rainbow? We go trout fishing in Missouri, near Springfield. I actually used to have a hobby of fly tying, but my hands cramp too much to do it now :(
Very nice Red.

Thanks a lot, Fishylove. I also enjoy fly fishing and fly tying. The last photo is of our largest female rainbow - just over 18 inches. We had one spawn then unfortunately jump out a couple weeks later, harassed by a horny little male. She weighed just under three pounds on our kitchen scale. She did get some eggs fertilized by one of our two males though. I found a few babies a couple weeks ago and posted this photo:

I was raised in Rockville, Md, then moved to Phoenix for years, now many moons later back almost in my home stomping grounds! We settled out here for the rural area and a house with land. Poor honey had to drive 50 minutes to work for us to do this, but he is retired now so no more work driving.

I find it hard to believe the change, in four years from all grass to ponds and plants, my keep busy therapy without going to work lol
