Koiguy, I have a 100 gal stock tank and a sequence 4200 pump. I was wondering if you can make a weir for my tank with high sides. I want to also run a multi level waterfalls using a single Tee running from the tank into pvc pipe at different heights to create multiple waterfall points. I am not sure how much room I have on side of tank maybe I can go wider than 13" or maybe suggest something better that makes more sense. Attached is pic to better explain what I am trying to do. If we can do business jus PM Thnxs

i can make you a weir any size you like...i made phillyofish a 16" weir for his 100 gal stocktank if yours is a 100 gal too your longest flat area should be 19" like his. and that leaves 1&1/2" on each of the sides for mounting tabs.....$35.00 (includes shipping). i can leave the sides 1&1/2" with no taper if you like. i have some 13"ers ready to go $25.00 (including shipping)...sides are tapered tho

Koiguy, here are the dimensions with pic attached. I think I only have a flat spot of 12" long. From handle to handle it is 14 1/2" long then I have a 12" flat area that indents in towards the tank. The dimensions with the 2 1/2" that area actually extends out from tank and is about 10 1/2" across. Study the pic and let me know what you think as far as widest weir we can go for this tank (100 gal)....Would like the sides left at 1 1/2" and if you can make it 12" long away from tank. Let me know what I'm looking at $. Thnxs

KoiGuy, I sent you a private message, need a weir ASAP so I can finish filter. Outside edge of pond is half done tonight, will hopefully get the rest done tomorrow night, then ready to work on waterfall area and finish filling the pond. So, very anxious to get the weir attached and filter running properly. Letting water run over the top edge is ok while I'm there, but not when I'm gone, in case anything happens. :) Thanks!

Do you have any more weirs available or do you build to order?

Have a 100 gal skippy filter in place for two years now. Originally used three 1.5 PVC pipes for outflow but leaks are a recurring problem. Would like to cut them out and replace with a wier.

KoiGuy, just wanted to tell you how much I love my weir I got from you about a month or so ago! Still don't have my DIY filter and the weir moved to permanent place, but it is working perfectly and I can't wait to see it on the actual waterfall when I get back to working on that! Thanks again!!!
